This property consists of TWO 2000 SQFT condos next to each other. The connecting door may be in place depending on when you are visiting; otherwise, the front doors are 20 feet apart. **Things to note: ***For families with younger children: *Amazing babysitter recommendations! *Baby safety gates are installed at every level of the stairs. Open, close, and lock as needed. There is a bathtub in one of the master bathrooms in each condo for bathing little ones. The condo does have 4 outdoor steps to reach the front door, but once you enter, there is a mudroom on the entry-level that is big enough to store strollers and additional gear, so there is NO lugging strollers up and down full flights of stairs. The walk-in closets are big enough to fit the pack 'n play in for small children to sleep. We have a pack n play with an additional mattress that fits perfectly inside the pack n play for added comfort. Along with sheets. In each condo. We have a changing pad with covers in each condo. There are a few kids' toys, kids' games, books, a high chair, pack n play, and kids' dishes + bibs. We are a 4-minute drive to the Hospital. There are many playgrounds in Steamboat, the closest one is 5 mins away

Steamboat Springs is such a fun town! The people are nice, the food is good, and the adventure is endless! It really is a gorgeous town where you can make amazing memories in the beautiful outdoors with your favorite people. This condo is really in the perfect location. Walking distance to the ski resort, dining, shopping, and more. A short drive or bus ride to the heart of downtown. Surrounded by breathtaking mountains, hiking trails, biking paths, the Yampa River, the lake, and more! Please check out our guidebook for information. There really is so much to experience in the small but incredible town of Steamboat Springs!
Guest Access
There is one covered parking spot for each condo just outside the front doors. Two total additional parking spaces are available free of charge in an open lot, just one driveway further up from the condo entrance, directly above the covered parking. Access by foot via a small flight of stairs. All parking is free of charge and guests will recieve a parking pass for their dash upon check-in. There is a free city bus year-round, with the bus stop being just on the other side of the complex. There is a free shuttle during winter that you would call to schedule and will take you anywhere in town.

Make sure to schedule transportation from the airport, details in the guidebook The condo has a free shuttle service during ski season that you would call to arrange transportation. They pick and drop you off right outside of condo #1. You will receive the number upon check-in at the Lodge at Steamboat. Year-round, there is also free public bus transportation. The bus stop is a 1-minute walk on the other side of the condo complex on Apres Ski Way.
