Our three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo features a spacious dining/living room, making it perfect for gatherings with all your favorite people and enjoying this amazing town together. The condo complex is a unique, private, quiet 24-unit complex. Our family-friendly condo features two primary bedrooms on the top level, each with a king-sized bed, a standing desk, a walk-in closet, and a full bath. Both have their own fireplaces and share a balcony, which is the perfect spot for morning coffee. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin and a full mattress. The condo unit is located on the bottom floor for easy access. The kitchen is located on the first floor, where the entire first level is heated. It features a spacious pantry and a laundry/mudroom for washing clothes and storing gear. From the kitchen, you walk down a small flight of stairs into the open living and dining area. Here, you will find an 8-seater dining room table, a shuffleboard table, a chess table, a bar table for extra workspace, an enclosed bunk room, a full bath, and a walk-in closet with lots of games, puzzles, and other amenities. ***For families with younger children: **Amazing babysitter recommendations! *There are baby safety gates installed at every level of the stairs. Open, close, and lock as needed. Childproofing supplies are provided in a bin in the pantry. If you feel childproofing is needed for your kiddos, you can put on and take off supplies as required. All sliding glass doors to outdoor patios have child-proof devices on them that can be activated as needed for little ones. There is a bathtub in one of the primary bathrooms for bathing young children, along with a selection of bath toys stored in the cabinet. The condo has four outdoor steps to reach the front door, but once you enter, there is a mudroom on the entry level that is large enough to store strollers and additional gear, so you won't have to lug them up and down full flights of stairs. The walk-in closets are big enough to fit the pack 'n play in for small children to sleep. We are a 4-minute drive to the Hospital. There are many playgrounds in Steamboat, the closest one is 5 mins away

It really is a gorgeous town where you can make amazing memories in the beautiful outdoors with your favorite people. This condo is really in the perfect location. Walking distance to the ski resort, dining, shopping, and more. A short drive or bus ride to the heart of downtown. Surrounded by breathtaking mountains, hiking trails, biking paths, the Yampa River, the lake, and more! Please check out our guidebook for information. There really is so much to experience in the small but incredible town of Steamboat Springs!
Guest Access
There is one covered parking spot designated for the condo. One additional free parking space is available in an open parking lot, just one driveway further up from the condo entrance, and is directly above the covered parking spaces. Access by foot via a small flight of stairs. All parking is free of charge, and guests will receive a parking pass for their dash upon check-in. Year-round, there is also free public bus transportation. The bus stop is a 1-minute walk and is on the other side of the condo complex on Apres Ski Way. For bus routes, visit the Steamboat Springs transit website The condo offers a complimentary shuttle service during ski season, which you can arrange by calling. They pick you up and drop you off right outside of condo #1. You will receive the number upon check-in at the Lodge at Steamboat. You can walk to the ski slopes, dining, and grocery shopping.
